How to Change Your Organizer Email Preferences
Control When and How You Receive Notifications for Your SignUp

On desktop, go to your SignUp's Settings tab, scroll to Email Options, adjust your preferences, and click Update. On mobile, open the SignUp, select Details, then tap Notifications.
Available Preferences
- Send reminders to participants — Choose to send participant reminders 1, 2, or 7 days before their commitment. Default is 2 days.
- Notify participant when spots are changed — Sends automatic emails when you assign, remove, or change dates for participants. Default is on.
- Send comments summary — Receive comment notifications in real time or as a daily summary. Default is daily summary.
- Notify me when someone signs up — Get an email for each new registration. Default is off.
- Notify me when someone cancels — Choose real-time alerts or last-minute-only notifications. Default is any time.
- Notify me when this SignUp is full — Receive an alert when all spots are taken. Default is on.
- Add extra details to all reminders — Include a custom message or link in all participant reminder emails and texts.
You can also send additional manual reminders at any time using the Message feature in your Organizer view.
