How to Get Notified When New Spots Open on a SignUp

Join the Waitlist and Be First to Know When a Spot Becomes Available

If the SignUp you want to join is full, you may be able to request a notification for when a new spot opens — as long as the organizer has enabled the Notification Waitlist feature on their account.

How It Works

When the waitlist is enabled, you will see a "Notify Me When Available" button on full spots (desktop and tablet), or an orange envelope icon on mobile. Clicking it adds you to the waitlist for that specific spot, day, or the entire SignUp — depending on what you choose.

When a spot opens up, you will receive an automated email alert. All waitlisted participants are notified at the same time — the first to click and sign up gets the spot.

If No Waitlist Option Appears

The waitlist is a Premium organizer feature. If you do not see a notification option on a full SignUp, the organizer has not enabled it. You can reach out to them directly to ask about spot availability.
