How to Add a Waitlist to Your SignUp
Let Interested Participants Know the Moment a Spot Opens Up

The Notification Waitlist is available on all Premium plans. When spots fill up, interested participants can request an alert — and they will be notified automatically when a spot becomes available.
How to Enable the Waitlist
- Go to the Details tab in your Organizer view.
- Check the Notification Waitlist checkbox.
How Participants See It
- Desktop and tablet: Full spots display a "Notify Me When Available" button.
- Mobile: An orange envelope icon shows with the message "Notify me when new Spots become available."
When Notifications Send
- About 1 hour after an organizer adds new spots
- Immediately when a participant cancels and saves their action
- About 15 minutes when a participant cancels without saving
All waitlisted participants receive the notification at the same time — the first one to sign up gets the spot. Check your Reports tab to see how many participants are on the waitlist for any given spot.
