How to Print Reports, Rosters, and Sign-In Sheets

Access Every Report You Need Straight from Your Organizer View

All SignUp-level reports are available in the Reports tab in your SignUp's Organizer view. Log in, go to your Dashboard, click your SignUp title, and then select the Reports tab.

Available Report Types

  • Who's Coming — A summary of spots and participants within a chosen timeframe.
  • Printable SignUp and Check-In Sheets — Lists signed-up participants with contact details. Custom questions can be included.
  • Roster — Shows all invited and signed-up participants with contact info and assignment counts.
  • Hours Tracking — Participant hour summaries. Requires a Max-level plan.
  • Export — Generates a CSV file for use in Excel or similar programs.
  • Interactive Report (beta) — Customizable data display that can be bookmarked in your browser.

How to Print

After choosing a report type and setting your preferences, use your browser's print function. A Print button often appears on the report page, or use Ctrl + P on Windows or Apple + P on Mac.

Multi-SignUp Reporting

Max, Campus Plan, and Organization Plan members can run reports across multiple SignUps at the same time for a consolidated view of all activity.
