Tour of the Reports Tab
Everything You Can Track and Export from Your Organizer View

The Reports tab is your central hub for all participant data, attendance records, and exports. On desktop, find it by clicking your SignUp title from the Dashboard and selecting the Reports tab. On mobile, open your SignUp, tap the title, then go to Details and choose Reports.
Available Report Types
- Who's Coming — A spot-by-spot summary of participants in a specified date range with optional comments.
- Printable SignUp and Check-In Sheets — Print-ready participant lists with contact info and custom question responses. Electronic check-in requires a Plus or Max subscription.
- Roster — Complete participant list with contact details, assignment counts, and custom question answers.
- Hours Tracking — Service hour summaries by participant. Requires a Max-level plan.
- Export — Full CSV download of all SignUp data, including custom questions, comments, and check-in timestamps, ready for Excel.
- Interactive Reporting — A customizable dashboard (available on large-screen devices only) you can bookmark for quick access. Supports print and export.
- Participants Awaiting Spots — Shows everyone on the Notification Waitlist. Requires Starter, Plus, or Max plan.
- Contributions Reports — Payment records from Stripe or PayPal when you have set up online contributions.
