How to Put All Your SignUp Links on One Page

Set Up a Free Group Page and Share One Link for Everything

Last Updated June 17, 2026

Every SignUp account includes a free Group Page. It is a single URL that displays all your SignUps in one place, so your group always knows where to go and what to sign up for. No more sending a different link every time something new goes live.

Group Pages work especially well for schools, sports teams, clubs, churches, and community organizations that run multiple signups throughout the year. Share the link once and keep it updated all season long.

How to Set Up a Group Page

You will need to have created at least one SignUp before setting up your Group Page. Setup works best from a computer or tablet.

  1. Log in and go to your Dashboard. Scroll to My Group Pages, or open the Organize tab and select My Group Pages from the menu.
  2. Enter a name and description for your Group Page. These appear at the top when participants visit the page.
  3. Upload a logo or image (jpg, gif, or png). You can choose a banner/rectangle format or a square — whatever fits your group's look.
  4. Select which SignUps to feature. Any SignUp with future dates that you organize (as primary or assistant organizer) and that is set to live will be available to add.
  5. Save and share your Group Page link. Participants can browse all your open SignUps and sign up directly — no SignUp account required on their end.

A Few Things Worth Knowing

  • Your Group Page link stays the same as you add or remove SignUps throughout the year. Post it on your website, in a newsletter, or in your school's parent app — it stays current automatically.
  • You can also generate a QR code for your Group Page so participants can scan and browse your SignUps in person.
  • On Campus and Organization plans, you can allow other organizers to post their own SignUps to your Group Page — helpful for larger groups with multiple coordinators.
  • SignUps with no future dates automatically roll off the Group Page.

Give your group one link for everything. Set up your free Group Page today.
