How to Invite Participants to Your SignUp
Email, Link, Social Media, QR Code, and More
Last Updated June 17, 2026
SignUp gives you several ways to get participants to your sign-up page. Access all of them in the Invite tab on desktop or the Share button on mobile.
Ways to Invite
- Direct email through SignUp — Enter individual addresses or paste up to 150 at once. Import from previous SignUps or saved Contact Lists. Do not paste group email addresses or listservs — send to individuals only.
- Shareable link — Copy and post anywhere: newsletters, websites, texts, or social posts.
- Social media — Share to Facebook, X, or Pinterest directly from the Invite tab.
- Website button embed — Add a button linking directly to your sign-up page on your own website.
- Remind — Use the group text program if your community is already there.
- Text from smartphone contacts — Send individual text links directly from your phone to any contact.
- QR code — Generate a QR code to post at your venue, in a flyer, or on a slide.
Sending More Than 150 Invitations at Once
For larger groups, paste all addresses at once. If you have more than 150, select a starting point — SignUp adds them to the queue and prevents duplicate invitations automatically.
Re-Sending Invitations
Use the Re-Send Invitations button in the Invite tab to follow up with people who have not yet signed up. You can target specific email addresses or re-invite everyone who was previously sent an invitation.
