How to Change Your Email Address on SignUp
Update Your Email as an Organizer, Participant, or When You Have Lost Access

How you change your email depends on whether you are an organizer with a registered account, a participant, or someone who no longer has access to their old address.
For Organizers with a Registered Account
Log in and go to your Profile page via the icon in the upper right corner. Update your email address there and save.
For Participants and Volunteers
Ask your organizer to update it for you in the Participants tab.
If You No Longer Have Access to Your Old Email
Email support@SignUp.com with the subject line Universal Email Change Request and include:
- Your current (old) email address
- Your new email address
- A statement acknowledging the old address will become invalid
- A link confirming your identity
Allow up to 2 business days for the support team to complete the change.
